Orator is a speech practice app available on iOS. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Speech recordings — audio captured during practice sessions, processed to provide feedback and then stored securely.
• Usage data — how you interact with the app, including session frequency and feature usage, to help us improve the experience.
• Device information — device model, operating system version, and a unique device identifier for troubleshooting.

• Provide, maintain, and improve speech analysis and AI-powered feedback.
• Personalize your practice experience based on your progress and goals.
• Send transactional communications related to your account.
• Aggregate anonymized data to improve our speech models and product.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Speech recordings are stored on secure servers and are never shared with third parties. You can delete your recordings and account data at any time from within the app.

We may use third-party services for analytics and infrastructure (e.g., cloud hosting, crash reporting). These services only receive the minimum data necessary to function and are bound by their own privacy policies.

Orator is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
